- According to Greek law, all yachts and boats in Greece cannot moor directly on the beaches. The cruise operator has selected the best points for swimming and snorkeling, as close as possible to the beach.

- Hot Springs: It is good to know that catamarans stay 50 meters away from the warmer yellowish waters of the “Hot Springs”. Guests swim seculery close to the volcano. Temperature of the Hot sulfuric Springs, up to 4ºC warmer than the clear waters.

This private boat tour completely saved the day. We were on the Sikinos with Captain Hercules, Christina and Vagelis. The transfer to and from our accommodations in Fira to the harbour was seamless and comfortable. The boat was beautiful, spacious and decadent. We felt like rock stars sprawled out on the deck with the wind in our faces and azure sea below. The lunch was generous and delicious (dolmades, Greek salad, tzatziki. Potato salad, grilled vegetables, pita, BBQ chicken and Pork). They had towels, snorkel gear and drinks!
The crew were exceedingly friendly and hospitable. They made fabulous recommendations for places to tour, given we were a private group. We avoided the typical tour boat destinations (red and white beach) and went to gorgeous peaceful anchorage sites which we had all to ourselves to swim and relax. The waters in these places were so clear. The crew let us hook up our playlists to the music system so we could enjoy our own tunes.
This tour transformed our Santorini experience into something very special. I can relate to other People who have commented about the tour being the highlight of their holiday. It is worth every penny.
