And this trip gives you front row seats for Mother Nature's display. Climb aboard a wooden sailing boat and pass the old port of Thira and the volcano before dropping anchor by Thirassia Island. Then it's time to enjoy a dinner served in Captain John's Taverna on the jetty, with complimentary white wine, soft drinks and water. Back on-board, you can watch the sun set as it casts the sea and Santorini in a rainbow of colours. It's a fantastic way to experience what must be one of the most beautiful sunsets on earth.
