   Stop 1

   1 hr - First we will visit the Koutsogianopoulos Wine Museum The wine museum is located in a natural cave eight meters below ground. The visitors of the museum have the opportunity to learn about the history of wine and the life of vine-growers in Santorini since the 1660s through an automatic audio guide, available in 14 languages or a guidebook . At the end of the tour, we will taste the local wines produced by the winery .

   Estate Argyros

   1 hr - Then you will visit the Argyros Estate Argyros Estate was founded in 1903 by Georgios Argyros and is located in Episkopi Gonia, in Thira. Georgios Argyros followed the traditional vinification way of Santorini, in order to produce wines destinated for local market distribution. At the end of our tour we will do wine tasting of 4 different types of wine produced by the winery .

   Anhydrous Winery

   1 hr - Avantis Estate’s winemaker, Mr. Apostolos Mountrichas fell in love with Santorini and the strong personality of Assyrtiko and started his Santorini project in 2012. He completed his project in 2021 by founding Anhydrous Winery. His philosophy rely on experimentations in ancient wine making techniques that produce modern wines with purity and primary varietal characteristics.
