Depart by bus to Athinios port and embank on a unique greek traditional boat. First set sail for the lava islet of Nea Kameni, walk an ascending path to the crater of the still active volcano to enjoy incredible sights (1,5hours).
Return to set sail for the second lava islet called Palea Kameni. Dive to find its Hot Springs, have the chance to swim in the green sulfur waters and experience bathing in warm therapeutic mud . Next is traditional island of Thirassia for free time (1,5hours). Visit the village of Manolas, which is accessed by winding stairs either by walking or riding a donkey. Back on the boat set sail back for Athinios. Disembark and by bus visit Village of Oia to admire magnificent panoramic views and the spectacular sunset. 15 minutes after the sunset head back to the meeting point to return back.

A few unfortunate events over shadowed the afternoon/evening as we were the last to leave the harbour as the larger companies bullied their way onto the moorings. It was a little heated, but eventually resolved and the crew more than made up for the delayed start.
The BBQ was very nice (shrimps, pork & chicken) but only just enough for the number of guests (x 12) on the cruse. Dessert would have been good also. But the drinks were free flowing and there was plenty of choice.
I would suggest not taking the sunset at oia segment because you get dropped off there a few hours before sunset.
All in all was still an amazing experience!
is a beautiful experience but when we get to the hot springs we need to swim!!! and the ship did not give life vest. then people who did not how swim could not enjoy, and it was a bit irresponsible because the sea was deep.
