Couples horse ride

Our guide Stelina was incredibly knowledgeable of the area we traveled through. She also gave us a wonderful review on riding horses. The horses were all VERY WELL TAKEN CARE OF. It was a treasure to enjoy a couples ride on such incredible and beautiful horses. This was truly one of our favorite moments while in Santorini.

Very pleasant experience

April is a very good period of the year. The weather was perfect, and there were a lot of flowers around. We arrived to the black beach and back in two quite relaxed 2 hours ride. The entire team is friendly and professional. They treat the horses gently, with love and care. Fits experienced as well as beginners. Easy to get to the location by bus. Megalochori, the village, also deserves a visit before or after the horse riding. There are little cafes and taverns in its center, off the main road.

Amazing

we first got on a horse on this holiday and had a fantastic unforgettable experience of both horseback riding and the breathtaking seascape. the horseback ride along the sea was amazing, the horses are well-groomed and calm, the instructor Manos is patient and attentive. all this made the vacation amazing and unforgettable! thank you so much!

Great experience

There is many options to choose from. We decided to take our ride by the black sand beach. It was wonderful! The view is amazing! Our tour guide was very experienced and the horses are very well taken care of. The horses are very muscular, their hair is very shiny and beautiful. Our your also included a wine tasting. The wine tasting is done by a different company but in my opinion the wine company was very snobby. The wine tasting place acted as if we were not really their customets since we were there only for a wine tasting and not spending more. I do not recommend adding the wine tasting but everything about the horseriding from our experience, hospitality, the knowledge of the staff and attentiveness deserves more than 5 stars for sure.

Nice for tourists

Great view and surroundings (we went to the beach and through the vinyards) the horses seem energetic and playful but as they mostly carry non-experienced riders, they rather respond to oneanother and want to play during the tour. The tourguide was too focused on taking great pictures than really letting us enjoy the scenery. At a point one of the horses just did not want to pose for the pics and the guide kept on turning him and turning him for 10 minutes eventhough we said it was fine we did not need the pictures. The horses seem mostly healthy, one of them stumbled a lot which when we mentioned it it was played down by the guide. But we do believe they are not doing more than 4 hours by day. All in all, nice for tourists but experienced riders will be bored.
