Denné prenájmy súkromných lodí: Santorini

A private day boat charter in Santorini usually includes the boat, captain, crew where applicable, fuel for the agreed itinerary, safety equipment, and use of onboard facilities. Depending on the boat charter, extras such as drinks, snacks, snorkeling gear, towels, paddleboards, or lunch may also be included. Always check the individual charter details before booking.

Most private day boat charters last between 3 and 8 hours. Half-day charters are popular for short coastal trips, swimming stops, and sunset cruises, while full-day boat charters allow more time to explore beaches, bays, islands, snorkeling spots, or nearby coastal towns around Santorini.

Absolutely. One of the primary benefits of a private charter in Santorini is the freedom to tailor your day. While your captain will recommend the optimal route based on real-time weather and sea conditions, the itinerary is completely customizable. You can easily coordinate your day to include exclusive beach clubs, hidden snorkeling reefs, scenic sightseeing, or a dedicated sunset cruise.

Yes, private boat charters are ideal for family gatherings because the pace, route, and activities are entirely up to you. A private setting allows multi-generational groups to relax without outside disruptions. Most family-friendly vessels in Santorini feature essential comfort amenities, including expansive shaded decks, clean restrooms, stable boarding ladders, and certified safety gear for all ages.

Yes, a professional captain is typically provided or available for most private rentals in Santorini, including luxury catamarans, motor yachts, and sailing vessels. Depending on the local charter structure, the skipper fee may be included in your base rate or added as an essential extra. For experienced boaters looking at bareboat rentals, you can easily opt to add a local captain to your reservation during the booking process if you prefer not to captain the vessel yourself.

Pack eco-friendly sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, swimwear, a phone charger, and a light jacket for Santorini breezes. Clean soft-soled shoes or bare feet are required onboard. Always check your vessel's profile first to confirm if towels, food, and drinks are included, or if outside provisions are permitted. If bringing your own refreshments, choose stable finger foods like wraps, sandwiches, or cut fruit. To protect premium yacht upholstery, strictly avoid fragile glassware, red wine, messy sauces, or loose grains like rice and crumbly pastries that scatter in the wind.

Yes, sunset boat charters are one of the most popular private charter options in Santorini. These shorter private charters are ideal for couples, families, birthdays, proposals, celebrations, or relaxed evening cruises along the coast.

Food and beverage inclusions in Santorini depend on the vessel class. Luxury yachts frequently offer full catering, open bars, or onboard chefs, while day boats may only include light snacks and water. Always check the "Trips and Rates" section first to see what is included or if outside provisions are permitted. If bringing your own refreshments, prioritize neat finger foods, wraps, and bottled drinks. To protect premium yacht upholstery from sudden sea breezes, strictly avoid red wine, fragile glassware, and loose grains like rice.

Passenger capacity in Santorini is determined by vessel size and coast guard safety laws. Most luxury motor yachts and catamarans are legally capped at a maximum of 12 guests. Smaller sport boats typically host 4 to 8 passengers. For larger corporate groups or events exceeding 12 guests, please view our specialty high-capacity vessels or contact our team to arrange a multi-boat flotilla.

Safety is our absolute priority in Santorini. If severe weather or sea conditions prevent safe navigation, your captain will offer alternative coastal routes, reschedule your trip, or the charter operator will provide a full refund. Light overcast or brief rain showers do not automatically cancel your excursion.
